5.2.3 Требования к поверхности бетона
5.2.3.1 Устройство гидроизоляции выполняют на саму конструкцию.
Выравнивание поверхности основания сухими строительными смесями производить не
рекомендуется.
Примечание – Выравнивающие стяжки, как правило, в процессе эксплуатации
отрываются от конструкций, что, иногда, приводит к нарушению целостности
гидроизоляционного покрытия
5.2.3.2 К началу выполнения гидроизоляционных работ прочность бетона на
сжатие должна быть не менее 75 % марочной прочности. Определять прочность
бетона необходимо не разрушающим методом контроля прочности бетона в образцах
и конструкциях на сжатие методом упругого отскока в бетонных и ж/б конструкциях и
изделиях по ГОСТ 22690.
5.2.3.3 Перед устройством гидроизоляции, поверхность железобетонной плиты
проезжей части или выравнивающего слоя по ней, должна быть сухой. Влажность
бетона в поверхностном слое на глубине 20 мм должна быть не более 4%. Влажность
контролируется поверхностными влагомерами. Количество точек замеров влажности -
не менее 10 на площади 300 м
2
в соответствии с ГОСТ Р 59178.
Для прочих железобетонных конструкций и поверхностей допускается
применение мастики ТЕХНОНИКОЛЬ №33 при влажности основания до 10 %.
5.2.3.4 Гидроизолируемая поверхность железобетонной конструкции не должна
иметь глубоких каверн и раковин, наплывов, трещин, неровностей с острыми кромками,
масляных пятен, пленки цементного молока. Масляные пятна удаляют выжиганием,
наплывы бетона срубают с последующей шлифовкой, крупные каверны и дефекты
разрешается заделывать ремонтным составом. Неровности с острыми кромками
удаляют механически, снятие пленки цементного молока рекомендуется производить
сухой или влажной струйно-абразивной очисткой.
5.2.3.5 Перед непосредственным устройством гидроизоляционного покрытия
изолируемая поверхность очищается от строительного мусора, пыли, пленки
цементного молока. Снятие пленки цементного молока производится сухой или влажной
струйно-абразивной очисткой или шлифованием. Перед огрунтовкой с поверхности
бетона удаляется непрочный или загрязненный поверхностный слой. Окончательное
удаление пыли производится промышленным щетками, пылесосом или компрессором
высокого давления. Основание должно быть сухим без следов влаги и инея.
5.2.3.6 Для поверхности железобетонной плиты проезжей части контролируется
ровность, то есть при проверке трехметровой рейкой просвет под ней не должен
